Founder & CEO
Kristyn Castello is the Founder and CEO of KHR Consulting, LLC.
She has more than 10 years of experience providing added value to organizations through human resources and legal advice and guidance across the private equity, nonprofit, higher education, construction, and manufacturing and distribution industries. She bridges the critical working relationship between corporate counsel and human resources by guiding organizational practices and making decisions to protect the legal, financial, and reputational interests of the organizations she works with. She facilitates organizational growth through business practices and processes that fosters an inclusive, legal, collaborative, safe, and efficient working environment.
Kristyn interfaces with C-Level executives and multi-state business leaders to consolidate HR functions—recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, complaints investigation, workers' compensation, terminations, health and safety, training and development, operations, and HR policy compliance. With a career that has seen her manage multimillion-dollar contracts, prevent litigation, and ensure compliance to prevent financial and reputational risk exposures, she has inventively created new ideas and limitless possibilities for improvement that has yielded company savings and boosted employee satisfaction.
She enjoys working in people-focused organizations to collaborate with management on designing effective strategies that improve morale, retain talent, and ensure business continuity.
Kristyn is a SHRM-CP, certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Attorney (licensed in Louisiana), and Notary.
